IRC2P: Chat Like the 90's in Emacs with ERC

IRC is the form of communication in I2P. In IRC, developers meet to exchange ideas and participants watch them eagerly. Developers develop with text editors such as Emacs. So it makes sense to use the editor for IRC as well. Because IRC has not changed since then. System Crafters has a wonderful guide: Chat Like the 90's in Emacs with ERC
