No other I2P-enabled torrent client comes close to matching qBitorrent's exceptional throughput

that is good, high per peer throughput. guessing i2pd with low hop count. I expect 3.5-5MB/s per snark instance now with 32-40 outbound tunnels (java, but spread over many torrents). per peer is much lower that you get here, wouldn't be able to match on one torrent with a lone snark instance. Bet you could push it a lot higher than that.

iirc i2pd does SAM straight to router bypassing i2cp, but java does SAM>I2CP>router. I think i remember original saying that was a factor in the high speed seen in qbittorrent. They also do some non standard stuff http://zzz.i2p/topics/3695-i2pd-new-streaming-design that apparently allows for high throughput through a single tunnel. no idea if it's "safe" but it's fast
